Now Hiring - Sales Administrator in Santa Ana, CA

Sunshine Outdoors is currently seeking a highly motivated, ambitious_ Sales Admin _to join our growing company. The right candidate will work with the sales team to assist in developing and leading strategic sales plans and daily operational sales needs. The ideal candidate will interact with all levels of management that would include:

· Sales support

· Assist in sales samples and collateral for retailer events and tradeshows

· Managing the day-to-day sales operations as assigned by the management team

With U.S. headquarters in Santa Ana, California, Sunshine Outdoors is a large-scale middle and high-end leisure products manufacturing enterprise. Products mainly include beach chairs, camping tables and chairs, and outdoor furniture.

Responsibilities:

· This role includes close interaction with Sunshine’s customers, sales representatives, and the sales support team in China to help manage a full range of sales needs.

· Work with the sales team to provide answers and information to the China sales team on a daily basis.

· Execute the daily operational day to day responsibilities and priorities assigned by the management team.

· Work with the both the US and China office to assist in coordinating and delivering presentations, pricing and samples based on each customer’s specific requirements.

· Provide assistance in dealing with customer complaints and take actions to resolve issues in a timely manner.

· Assist in preparation for customer meetings including assisting in the development of customer presentations and sample management.

· Along with the team in China coordinate and prepare all samples and sales and marketing collateral for trade shows and “retailer events”.

· Work with sales and marketing in managing and maintaining a sales calendar by retailer and distributor.

· Work with the team in China to provide the status of pending orders for specific accounts.

· Assist in working with the sales and marketing teams in providing market insights on products and trends at retail.

· Maintain and update all Deal Memos including customer sales terms and allowances.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4 years relevant sales administrative roles or related experience
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.

· Proficient in core Micro Soft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Excellent written and oral communication.

· Ability to work independently, detail oriented, and also working collaboratively with the US and China Teams.

· Travel: up to 25%

Preferred (not required):

• A solid understanding of the Mass and Outdoor Goods industry, monitoring market; including trends, technologies, products, and players.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
